Jumplead – Terms of Use

By accessing or using our Jumplead service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the service.

1. Definitions

• "We", "us", "our" refers to Swipe Digital Ltd, the owner and operator of Jumplead.
• "You", "your" refers to the user, customer, or account holder of Jumplead.
• "Personal Data" refers to any information that can be used to identify an individual, including but not limited to name, email address, company, and phone number.
• "Jumplead" refers to the Swipe Digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for gated links, QR forms, data capture, and CRM features.
• "Lifetime subscription" refers to a non-recurring, fixed-cost licence that grants access to the Jumplead platform for the lifetime of the product.

2. Account Registration

To use Jumplead, you may be required to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account login details.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or used in breach of these terms.

3. Data Collection and Use

3.1 Personal Data Collection

To operate Jumplead, we collect personal data such as name, email address, company, and usage information. This data is used for account management, customer support, platform improvements, and communications.

3.2 Client Data Responsibility

As a user of Jumplead, you may use our platform to collect personal data from your customers or contacts via forms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• The data you collect is accurate and legally obtained.
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and consents.
• You comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

3.3 Data Processing and Storage

All data collected through Jumplead is securely stored on UK-based servers and handled in accordance with GDPR. We implement appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use Jumplead only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

• Break any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell or sublicense Jumplead without permission.
• Use the platform for spamming, fraud, or malicious activity.
• Collect third-party personal data without their knowledge or consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Jumplead — including code, design, text, and branding — are the property of Swipe Digital Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Jumplead at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use or are using the platform in a way that could harm others, violate laws, or damage our service.

You may close your account at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused access or pre-paid subscriptions.

7. Lifetime Subscriptions

If you purchased a lifetime subscription (e.g. through AppSumo), the following additional terms apply:

• A lifetime subscription entitles you to access Jumplead for the duration of the product’s operational life.
• "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the platform, not the user. Swipe Digital Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice provided.
• Lifetime plans include a fixed set of features and limits. Access to future features may be excluded or require an upgrade.
• Misuse of the platform or breach of these terms may result in account suspension or termination, even for lifetime accounts.

Swipe Digital Ltd is under no obligation to maintain the Jumplead platform indefinitely, but will operate it in good faith and with reasonable commercial effort for as long as it remains viable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swipe Digital Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Jumplead. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swipe Digital Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners against any claims, losses, or legal action resulting from your use of Jumplead or breach of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made, we will post the revised terms on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of Jumplead after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
